NWB Now Accepting Applications for Summer 2026 Internship
The Nebraska Wheat Board (NWB) is pleased to announce that applications are now open for its Communications and Outreach Internship for Summer 2026. This internship offers students a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in agricultural communications, outreach, and organizational support while working alongside Nebraska’s wheat industry leaders.
The position, based in the NWB’s Lincoln office, provides valuable experience in managing communications, coordinating outreach events, and supporting board initiatives. Duties will include creating content for social media, newsletters, and press releases, assisting with public events, and contributing to the promotion and education efforts of Nebraska Wheat.
The internship runs May–August 2026 at approximately 40 hours per week. Start and end dates are flexible. The internship will be based out of the Nebraska Wheat Board office in Lincoln.
